According to ancient history, meat processing has its roots in salting and smoking foods, which began centuries before the practice of refrigeration, widely available today. The main goal of these processes was to preserve the meat for a long time, in order to guarantee consumption in times of food shortage. Processed meat is produced by the industry with the addition of salt, sugar or other culinary substances to fresh meat to make it durable and tastier. This group includes canned meat, bacon, sardines and canned tuna, among other meat products. The goal of increasing the durability and maintaining a high level of quality of these products is supported by the use of multilayer foils and their aesthetic arrangement, in order to be as attractive as possible to the customer.
Processing of personal data is any process or set of procedures performed on personal data, whether automated or non-automated, such as collecting, recording, organizing, structuring, storing, adapting or modifying, finding, inspecting, using, detecting, transmitting, disseminating or posting otherwise available, harmonizing or combining, restricting, deleting or destroying.
